LOVED IT!
Perfect romance with a historical back drop.
I purchased this book at a CVS while I was waiting for my husband's meds to be filled, he just had knee surgery. They had a very small collection of books, but this one caught my eye. I had never read Maya Banks before and, at the time, I did not know this was the 3rd book within the McCabe Trilogy.

Daniel Acevedo is yummy and Kate had bad/good luck when her car breaks down and she...well not rescued by the dark hero...she catches him doing something not so normal and is then tied to the bed - That is as far as I will go. I don't wish to spoil the story :-)

Ms. Chase has done an excellent job with creating something new and fun-an apartment building filled with paranormal creatures:shape-shifters, vampires, and witches.

Review:
I kept going between 3 stars and 4...but settled on 4. I would defiantly read more of Margo Maguire's books. The storyline moved along at a good pace with one exception - the ghost part was interesting but it dragged, there were times that it seemed to deliver no new information and was just stuck in the chapters as a filler. If you like Scottish historical romances, you should look this author up.

Review:
I hate to say this about any book, but this was a tough read for me. Usually I finish a book within 2to 3 days, this book took me a week. The writing itself was great, Slade has a wonderful style.

Christina Dodd has come up with a new, fresh idea for her Darkness Chosen series. A curse, shape-shifters, adventure, and romance - Love it!
The only down side for me is that the book was a bit long. Overall: It was an enjoyable book with interesting and likable characters. The world she has created is real and fascinating.
I would highly recommend this book and the Darkness Chosen series. (As well as her historical romance)

Review:

Cristian Lucius is an angel who is literally fighting to earn his way back into Heaven and he needs the help of a Seer.
Ashley Hunter has just inherited her aunt's haunted pub. She can see ghosts, but denies her powers, but can't even attempt to deny she is attracted to Cristian.
I really enjoyed this book!

 Review
Rebellious Desire was extremely cute. I enjoyed Caroline's character, she was strong and definitely put the handsome, stubborn Bradford in his place. The storyline was sweet, sassy, and romantic.
