~ Gabriel had wrapped his jacket around her slender shoulders
for warmth and decency. The white lingerie she wore was soaked from melted snow
and blood, making the delicate material entirely translucent. He reached
forward and cranked up the heat.
“Holy f─” Gannon’s curse died as he slapped a hand over his
mouth, hiding his fangs.
He held his breath, terrified of losing control. The girl’s
