Review:
First, Johanna Lindsey is one of my favorite authors. 
Second, this book is on my top 10 list. 
Raids, Vikings, a spit-fire heroine, a rough and tumble hero, passion, betrayal and more!
This book will hold your imagination captive from the start and take you on an adventure in Viking terrain.
Lady Brenna is beautiful and strong, she faced the Vikings in battle when they came to her family's home. However, she was captured and taken as a slave back to Norway. She is not a wilting flower by any means. In fact, one fault you could assign her would be too much pride, but it works in this romance.
Garrick Haardrad is a hard warrior. As a second son, he is forced to seek his fortune over seas (and has done pretty well). Upon his return home, he finds a woman in his bed - a female slave who was given to him by his father (the man that captured Brenna). Garrick, jaded from a past bad relationship, is really not interested in the ladies, but he is willing to make an exception for the fierce Celtic beauty.
Naturally, a battle of wills break between slave and master. Brenna has no interest in doing Garrick's bidding and is hell bent on taking her revenge. But something unexpected happens - love. 
If you have never read this book or a Johanna Lindsey novel I HIGHLY recommend that you do. Johanna Lindsey has a gift for writing romance. (She is also one of the first romance authors, beginning her career in the 70s).
I must admit, I read this book at least once to twice a year.

This book really takes me back. Surrender My Love is the first romance novel I ever read.Previously, I had read YA paranormal, but one summer I was super board, home alone, and came upon this book. I've always loved history, especially the Viking period, and decided to give this a try. My affair with romance novels, historical or otherwise, has been going strong ever since.

Review:

As some of you already know, I'm a huge Johanna Lindsey fan and her Haardrad Vikings Family trilogy is my favorite Viking series! These are in my "go to" list for feel good books. If I'm having a hard day or stressed out, these books are an amazing escape.

Review:
Whoa. There is so much going on with this book/premise I don't really even know where to begin. The hero is a Viking turned vampire/angel by the archangel, Michael. These Vangels also have the ability to travel through time and is a SEAL from time to time...Yeah. Its a lot.
