Bound by Blood is the first within the Bound series and I loved it! This book snared my interest from the start and I finished it one sitting - not many books can draw me in like that.

has received 5 of 5 Chocolate Dipped Strawberries from Guilty Indulgence. 
 
~This story is wonderfully written.  The setting is magical and gives any Disney, Broadway, Hollywood version of Beauty and the Beast a strong competitor.  But having said that, it is it's own fresh take and will have you constantly turning the page to see what happens next!  The passion between them is magical and will keep you from putting the book down for a minute.  I highly recommend this one and the two before it.  If you missed my review on the previous two, please use the search bar on the left and search by Amanda J. ~ Their lips met in a frenzied kiss as his hands dropped to her hips. He lifted her on to the desk. Her fingers frantically worked at his pants as his hands skipped up her smooth legs, raising the hem of her floor length red dress.

            He kissed his way down her jaw, over her throat to her shoulders, which were bare since her gown was strapless. The deep, sweetheart line of the top, revealed the tops of her aching breasts and he trailed his tongue over her sensitive flesh.

            Sonya bit her lip, fighting back the sighs of pleasure that rose in her throat, trying to remain silent. Flames of desire burned her as she thought of the possibility of them being caught. Damn the law. She wanted him. She needed him hard, fast, and now.~

Review:
Lord Jack Wilde has absolutely no interest in marriage, but he just has to see the woman his sister and his cousin insist is perfect for him. Once he sets his eyes on Sophie Fortin he is captivated, spellbound by her beauty.

Sophie Fortin is as honorable as they come. She is dutifully doing exactly what her parents expect of her - marrying a man with a title who can elevate their rank.
