Ethan’s heart twisted as he watched her figure fade into the night and disappear into the crowd gathered outside the bus depot.
Shaking free of whatever emotion that clawed at him, he pulled his cell phone from his jacket pocket and dialed Cole’s number.
“Hey, man,” Cole answered.
“I’ve tracked the girl to the bus depot and, surprise, Ferguson is here.”
“Do you think he plans on making a move on her?”
Ferguson would go after Fraya, and he would kill the alpha before he had a chance to even speak her name. “Yes.”
“Try not to make a scene.”
